Divorce / Domestic Relations
Experienced Divorce Attorneys Make a Lifetime of Difference
Deciding to pursue divorce is one of the most difficult and emotional decisions you will ever make, particularly if you have children. Divorce can also involve business and legal questions as well as estate planning and tax considerations. At Saling & Litvin, we’ve been handling divorce, separation, and custody cases in Chester County and surrounding counties since 1973.
When a marriage breaks down, there are three types of legal remedies available to you: annulment, legal separation, or divorce. Delaware is viewed as a “No Fault” divorce state; however, Pennsylvania has slightly more restrictive residency guidelines and a different form of “no-fault” divorce. As experienced family law and divorce attorneys, we will help guide you through your decision-making process.
At Sailing & Litvin, we’re competent and experienced in all of the following areas of divorce and domestic relations:
- Adoption
- Alimony
- Annulments
- Child Custody
- Child Support Guardianships
- Community Property
- Division of Property
